Macao SAR Cultural Affairs Bureau has newly decorated Anim'Arte NAM VAN – accompanied by new graffiti. Residents and visitors are welcome to experience the joyful atmosphere, with IFT holding a 'Change of Times – Solo Exhibition by Eric Fok' exhibition at the IFT Café featuring antique-looking maps created by the artist using technical pens. The exhibition lasts until 10th February.

The newly decorated retail area of Anim'Arte NAM VAN features awning lighting, plants and window decorations, as well as installations themed around 12 fun-loving 'Cats' in different postures. The colours of the area are based on the vivid tones of the South American Carnival, while the combination of patterns draws inspiration from typical Portuguese tiles. IC has once again co-operated with local professional graffiti art group GANTZ 5. In conjunction with the three-dimensional art installations, featuring Macao Cultural and Creative Map characters 'Pipi' and 'Lulu,' the graffiti puts even more of a zing into Anim'Arte NAM VAN!

Meanwhile, in IFT's 'Change of Times – Solo Exhibition by Eric Fok' exhibition. Fok infuses contemporary elements and buildings, probing the changes wrought on places due to urban development. For centuries, Macao's Nam Van area was one of the city's most glamorous bays, the waters dotted with traditional sailing boats. As time passed, a world of change occurred: today's Nam Van district is physically very different. Thus, this exhibition tracks the passage of time in this prime part of Macao, identifying the footprints of its history.
