Time magazine revealed its first 'World's Greatest Places 2018' to visit, to stay, to eat and drink earlier this year, with destinations on six continents and from 48 countries and regions nominated. Morpheus was the sole Macao destination to enter the final 100 list in the three categories as one of the World's Greatest Places to Stay.

Nominations for the World's Greatest Places 2018 include museums, parks, bars, restaurants, theme parks, cruises and hotels. All nominations are selected by the magazine's editors, special correspondents and experts in the field from around the world, based upon the qualities, originality, innovations, sustainability, and influences they detect in their choices.

Opened on 15th June, and named after the god of dreams in Greek mythology, Morpheus is the world's first free-form exoskeleton high-rise architectural structure, designed by late legendary architect Dame Zaha Hadid. The hotel features 770 guestrooms, suites and villas, together with a number of high-class restaurants.
