Sands Macao Fashion Week puts Macao Design in Spotlight

Sands Resorts Macao will stage the second Sands Macao Fashion Week from 18^th to 24^th October, showcasing many leading luxury and lifestyle fashion brands across Shoppes at Four Seasons, Shoppes at Venetian, Shoppes at Parisian and Shoppes at Cotai Central. Visitors will also have the opportunity for a first peek at Macao designer Nuno Lopes' Spring/Summer 2019 Collection, featuring in Vogue magazine for the first time in the Walk on Water Show. Lopes - who participated in London Fashion Week - was recognised at the Fashion Asia Awards 2016 as one of 'Asia's Top Young Fashion Designers,' with his designs worn by socialite Paris Hilton and prominent Asian and international artists.

Another highlight event is a full-scale trunk show for 220 VIP guests, media and key industry influencers, with featured collections displaying the latest designs selected from the Shoppes of each resort, while this year's grand finale runway show will showcase the latest collections from ten Macao fashion brands.

Eight local designers' creations will also be on display at The Rotunda of The Parisian Macao from 18^th to 24^th October, putting local fashion brands in the limelight throughout Fashion Week.
