AirAisa is launching a direct flight between Macao and Krabi, Thailand on 1st December. The new route features four flights a week, departing Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, with the Krabi-Macao connection departing at 9:00am from Krabi and arriving in Macao at 1:25pm, and departing from Macao at 1:50pm and arriving in Krabi at 4:30pm.

The CEO of AirAsia Hong Kong and Macao, Celia Lao Sio Wun, pointed out that Krabi is one of the top tourism destinations for Macao and Pearl River Delta region visitors, adding that the new route will create new opportunities for the tourism industry.

One of the southern provinces of Thailand, surrounded by over 150 islands, Krabi features unique natural landscapes and long beaches of fine, glistening white sand.

Krabi is the fifth Thailand destination to be directly linked to Macao by air, complementing services to Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Utapao and Phuket.
