Michelin Guide Hong Kong Macau 2019 Announced

The highly anticipated food guide Michelin Guide Hong Kong Macau 2019, published on 11^th December, 2018, features 19 Macao restaurants, with three awarded three stars, five two stars, and 11 one star.

In Macao, Robuchon au Dôme and The Eight remain three-starred Michelin restaurants, while Jade Dragon, winning two stars in the previous edition, also received the highest accolade of three stars this year.

Feng Wei Ju, Golden Flower, Mizumi (Macau), The Tasting Room and Alain Ducasse at Morpheus, new to the list, received two stars, while King, Lai Heen, 8 1/2 Otto e Mezzo - Bombana, Pearl Dragon, Shinji by Kanesaka, The Golden Peacock, The Kitchen, Tim’s Kitchen, Wing Lei, Ying and Zi Yat Heen received one star.

The Michelin Guide Hong Kong Macau 2019 also awarded nine Macao restaurants the prestigious Bib Gourmand, identifying those restaurants which charge a maximum of MOP400 for providing three outstanding dishes.
