City of Dreams (COD) and Show Media launched a comprehensive taxi driver appreciation programme in June honouring the territory's top performing taxi drivers for their contribution to improving Macau's tourist image. If passengers press the button 'I love this taxi journey' in Show Media, COD will reward those taxi drivers providing salient service.

Macau Government Tourist Office (MGTO) Director Maria Helena de Senna Fernandes said, “The Macau Government Tourist Office has been working closely with local businesses to enhance the service quality of the tourism industry. I'm glad to see that City of Dreams and Show Media have taken this proactive approach to rewarding outstanding taxi services in Macau and support the development of Macau as a World Centre of Tourism and Leisure."

Mitchell Presnick, Director of Show Media, said that the programme has received an enthusiastic response since it started. He believes that this programme can encourage the attitude of taxi drivers whilst enhancing the visitor experience.
