Cheers to Macau Oktoberfest 2015!

Oktoberfest 2015 - held from 15th to 25th October - continues a tradition organized by MGM MACAU for seven consecutive years, attracting thousands of participants to its 12-day beerfest. The iconic Bavarian festivities feature authentic German beer, live entertainment by the Högl Fun Band and an unrivalled party atmosphere.

Spaten beer, established in 1872 in Munich, Germany is one of the six traditional special Oktoberfest beers. In addition, this year's event introduces non-alcoholic beer Franziskaner, wheat beer and fruit beer in order to bring more diverse, tastes for residents and visitors to enjoy.

During the event, MGM VISTA II will set up a giant open-air tent, with traditional long wooden tables and chairs in addition to carnival game booths for folk dancing, singing and the Bavarian Whiplash dance. Staff will also be attired in traditional dress to bring that Munich Beer Festival spirit even closer.

Over the seven years that the Oktoberfest has been running more than 77,000 people have participated, downing 74,166 litres of beer, 15,895 kilograms of German trotter, 6,996 chickens and 9,485 crackers and homemade bread.

Oktoberfest admission tickets and food and beverage coupons are now available for sale, with admission MOP130 per person, inclusive of one drink.
