Ritz at Senado Square, Macau Ferry Terminal, Border Gate, Macau International Airport and Taipa Temporary Ferry Terminal - receiving some 1.15 million visitors a year, or a daily average of more than 3,000. The information counters answer various queries on travel, using maps, brochures, touch screens, videos and other multimedia and electronic devices as well as assisting visitors to resolve transportation, hotel, dining, travel and visa issues.

The Public Service Award seeks to encourage public service personnel, subunits and civil servants teams to provide quality services through the award of prizes.
