The Civic and Municipal Affairs Bureau of the MSAR has launched a revamped version of 'Macau City Guide' website, which now contains an improved 'Nearby Places Navigation' feature plus additions like 'Bus information' and 'Taking a walk through the streets of Macau' among others. These new features will provide more travel routes and information for users.

The new 'Bus information' function can provide immediate suggestions with users location, with suggested routes projected onto a map. Suggestions will include bus stop location and bus route with bus interchange information. The new feature 'Taking a walk through the streets of Macau' will provide several walking routes, some of which will also have a Voice Prompt, which can provide explanations of attractions on the way, thus increasing awareness and understanding of the route in question.

The improved 'Nearby Places Navigation' feature now provides tourist information including good food, tourist attractions, hotels, tourist activities and location of WC, via the location identification system of the mobile device. It can also provide landmarks around the tourist attractions for tourists to discover more places to visit.

Macau City Guide is available in Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, English and Portuguese. Residents and visitors can visit http://m.cityguide.gov.mo/e/homeor scan the QR code to visit the website.
