The Parisian Macao’s iconic Eiffel Tower Topped Out

The Parisian Macao will be illuminated nightly

The Parisian Macao's Iconic Eiffel Tower, topped out on 15th October, is a half-scale replica which remains a faithful representation of its Paris inspiration, while taking advantage of modern construction advances in its design. The completed tower will feature many of the ornamental touches of the Paris original, including ornate detailing of its cornice scrolls, balustrades, gusset plates, lattices, staircases and mesh screens around the observation decks on the seventh and 37th floors. And like its inspiration in the City of light, a light show will spectacularly illuminate the tower every evening.

The height of the Parisian Macao reaches 38 floors, while the tower features two lifts, rising from the bottom to the top observation deck in just 40 seconds. The Macau structure is made of steel as opposed to the wrought iron of Paris, and is engineered to receive the high winds of Macau's annual typhoon season.

Targeted to open in the second half of 2016, The Parisian Macao is an integrated resort inspired by the magic and wonder of the famed French capital. It features 3,000 guest rooms and suites with a full array of integrated resort facilities including ample meeting space, a variety of restaurants, spa and gym, a themed 'Aquaworld' water world with swimming pool, theatre, shopping mall and other attractions. Air conditioned pedestrian footbridges interconnects Cotai Central and the Sands China resort hotel properties and shopping mall.
