This year’s Michelin Guide includes a street food selection

The Michelin Guide for Hong Kong and Macau 2016 has been released, with 16 local restaurants listed, an increase of five compared to last year.

The two 3-star restaurants entering its hallowed ranks are French contemporary restaurant Robuchon au Dôme and Chinese restaurant The Eight, while Chinese restaurant Golden Flower and Cantonese specialist Zi Yat Heen, Jade Dragon and The Tasting Room have been awarded 2 stars.

Meanwhile, 1-star restaurants include King (Cantonese), The Golden Peacock (Indian), The Kitchen (Steakhouse), Tim's Kitchen (Cantonese) and Wing Lei (Cantonese).
