Zhuhai-Beijing and Zhuhai-Guilin now Connected by Train

The Zhuhai-Beijing high-speed rail trips takes approximately 12 hours

Gongbei in Zhuhai to Beijing West and Guilin North high-speed railway has been launched, adding another travel choice for visitors to come to the region in multi-destination tourism.

The Zhuhai to Beijing West 'D924/D923' employs 16-car trains. The first and sixteenth car are used for the second-class seat cabin section, while the eighth car serves as the dining car section; the remaining thirteen cars comprise sleeper class cabins with four beds. The full fare for the soft upper bunk is RMB999, while full fare for the soft lower bunk is RMB1,190, with second class seat tickets costing RMB779 (Beijing) and RMB207.50 (Guilin).

Trains depart at 7:09pm from Zhuhai every Friday to Monday, stopping at Guangzhou South, Changsha South, Zhengzhou East, Shijiazhuang, Baoding East and Gaobeidian East stations. The train is scheduled to arrive in Beijing at 6:51am.

The Zhuhai to Guilin North 'D2368/D2367' train also employs 16-car trains, with one pair of trains operating between Zhuhai and Guilin on a daily basis. The time of departure from Zhuhai is 8:50am and arrives in Guilin at 12:52pm via Guangzhou South, Zhaoqing East, Guangning, Hezhou, Gongcheng and Guilin North stations. The full second class seat fare is the same as the train from Zhuhai to Guangzhou South, with transfer to Guilin North offering more convenience.
