TurboJET Launches Macao-Tuen Mun Route

Four daily return trips between Tuen Mun and Macao now in operation

TurboJET, operated by Shun Tak-China Travel Ship Management Ltd., officially launched its new cross-boundary ferry service between Macau Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal and Tuen Mun Ferry Terminal in Hong Kong on 28th January. The service provides four daily round trips between Tuen Mun and Macao for a total of eight daily ferry sailings on this route. The journey takes approximately 40 minutes, with local residents entitled to MOP15 discount on the regular fare.

The Marine and Water Bureau says that it supports the development of the maritime passenger transport industry, and encourages operating companies to provide more services to residents and visitors.


Cotai Water Jet Promotions

Cotai Water Jet has started 2016 on a wave of promotions. Cotai Water Jet Facebook Fans and WeChat Fans of Sands Resorts Macao can enjoy 15 per cent discount on City Route Cotai Class and Cotai First adult full fare one-way tickets, with Cotai Class roundtrip tickets specially priced at HKD/MOP285 and Cotai First roundtrip tickets priced at HKD/MOP485.

In addition, all passengers can enjoy a Cotai Class roundtrip ticket for HKD/MOP238 or a Cotai First roundtrip ticket for HKD/MOP438 by showing the required identification (Macao/Hong Kong ID or passport for international passengers) during their birthday month. Passengers who hold the designated boarding pass of Air Macau, Asiana Airlines or Jet Airways can enjoy 15 per cent discount when purchasing ferry tickets between Hong Kong and Macao.

Passengers holding any type of UnionPay Card are entitled to 20 per cent discount on the City and Airport Route adult full fare Cotai First Ticket between 1st January and 30th June.
