In addition, Chui witnessed the signing of an agreement with provinces and regions of the Pan-Pearl River Delta to further collaboration regarding the regional development of green events for the MICE (meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions) sector. Another agreement was signed between Macao's Nam Kwong (group) Company Limited and the local government of the Cangshan district of Fujian Province focusing on the 'Internet+' strategy and the development of cultural and creative industries.

The eleventh PPRD Forum is one of the important joint events of the nine Pan-Pearl River Delta provinces and two Special Admnistrative regions ('9+2'), which is based on the 'Guiding Opinions of the State Council on Deepening Pan-PRD Regional Co-operation'. In addition to the main Forum, three more professional forums were hosted at the same time; namely, the Pan-Pearl Free Trade Zone (Guangdong, Fujian) Forum; the Pan-Pearl Regional Cooperation Forum for the establishment of a planned logistics hub in coastal areas of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao (known as the 'Dawan area'); and the Pan-Pearl Co-operation Forum.
