Studio City will host the inaugural 'Michelin and Robert Parker Wine Advocate Gala Dinner, Senses: A Sensorial Gourmet Journey' on 11th November. The special occasion will feature culinary creations prepared by six chefs from top Michelin-starred restaurants in addition to top wines and fashion.

The gastronomy gala is designed and prepared by renowned chefs from top Michelin-starred restaurants – namely, Alvin Leung of Bo Innovation in Hong Kong (3 Michelin Stars); Hideaki Matsuo of Kashiwaya in Osaka (3 Michelin Stars); Bjorn Frantzen of Frantzen in Stockholm (2 Michelin Stars); Shinji Kanesaka of Sushi Kanesaka in Tokyo (1 Michelin Star)' and Macao's Guillaume Galliot of The Tasting Room (2 Michelin Stars) and Tam Kwok Fung of Jade Dragon (2 Michelin Stars); together with the world's most prominent pastry chef Pierre Hermé. Complementing this will be an exclusive selection of the world's top wines.

Acclaimed Spanish designer Manuel Albarran - famed for designing outfits and costumes for Hollywood celebrities like Madonna, Beyonce, Angelina Jolie, and Lady Gaga - will further add to the evening's pomp and grandeur by exclusively creating a visual spectacle for this event.

Another special occasion during the Gala will be the recognition of its first ever 'Friend of Michelin', honouring Hong Kong actor, foodie and TV host chef Nicholas Tse for his contribution to the gastronomic landscape. In addition to presenting a special dish at Senses, Nicholas Tse will take the stage with Michael Ellis, the International Director of the Michelin Guides, and together they will share their thoughts on the Chinese culinary scene.
