MGTO launches Group Tour Online Complaint System

The Group Tour Online Complaint System has a clear interface to help complainants register

Macao Government Tourism Office (MGTO) routinely focuses on the construction of quality tourism in Macao, and adopts multi-pronged measures to achieve this goal. In addition to monitoring the industry situation and promoting training, MGTO launched the Group Tour Online Complaint System on 23rd December 2016, to enable complainants to register dissatisfaction more easily.

The complainant need only log onto (https://eservice3.macaotourism.gov.mo/tourgroup/en), complete basic personal information and information about the tour, then the process for the online complaint is done. In order to efficiently handle the complaints, MGTO also encourages complainants to provide detailed and accurate information, with documents such as contract, receipt, itineraries and so forth provided as clear attachments or graphics. MGTO will keep the personal information of the complainant strictly confidential.
