PATA Travel Mart 2017 (PTM2017) will be held in The Venetian Macao Resort Hotel from 13^th to 15^th September, with a PATA delegation visiting Macao from 27^th February to 2^nd March in preparation for the event. The delegation will inspect the official site and other venues for Travel Mart-related activities, and hold meetings with Macao Government Tourism Office, the host of PTM2017, regarding its preparation works.

The three-day PTM 2017 - to be held in Macao, following PTM 2010 and the 2005 PATA Annual Conference - will offer an opportunity to showcase to delegates the latest developments in the Macao tourism industry. This year also marks the 40^th anniversary of the Travel Mart, with the PTM2017 programme including business sessions, forums, seminars, PATA Youth Symposium, and the 2017 PATA Gold Awards Luncheon and Awards Presentation. In addition, PATA Executive Board and Board Meetings will be held in Macao from 15^th to 17^th September.

The PATA Travel Mart is considered a highlight event of tourism marts in Asia Pacific. Last year, the PTM was hosted by Indonesia, attracting over 1,300 persons from over 60 tourist destinations, and creating over 10,000 opportunities for business matching.
