Macao-Jakarta Flights to Take-off in August, Moscow Charter Flight Service Resumes

AirAsia to link Macao and Jakarta with four direct flights a week

AirAsia has announced plans to start operating direct flights between Macao and Jakarta starting from 7th August. The low-cost airline is scheduling four connections a week, on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. In the meantime. Royal Flight Airlines is once again serving Macau from 17th May, offering a weekly charter service between Macao and Moscow, with plans to increase to a twice weekly service during the Summer.

Meanwhile, Far Eastern Airlines is reducing its total number of flight operations, temporarily cancelling its Macao-Kaohsiung route from June to August. As Far Eastern Airlines has cancelled its flight to Kaohsiung the airline will unconditionally fully refund passenger bookings, including ticket, additional service charges, airport tax and handling fees, among other obligations. In addition, should other flights have vacancies the airline will, in accordance with the wishes of visitors, give priority to assisting passengers booking other airlines on the Macao route, without additional fee.
