The 17th Macau Food Festival - to be held in Sai Van Lake Square from 10th to 26th November, and featuring over 150 well known food industry exhibitors - this year adopts 'Exploring the New Frontiers of Flavour' as its theme. Combined with lip-smacking elements, the Festival is an open invitation to everyone to discover new dishes by local gourmands and interesting methods of cooking. All underscoring Macao's application to UNESCO Creative Cities Network in the field of Gastronomy to deepen the MSAR's sophistication and credentials in the field.

Meanwhile, some 26 famous food industry exhibitors from Japan will transform the lower level of Sai Van Lake Square into a 'Japanese Village' prepped and eager to let visitors enjoy exotic food, culture and performances!

The Food Festival welcomes visitors from Monday to Thursday from 5:00pm to 11:00pm, and Friday to Sunday from 3:00pm to midnight. During the Festival, a complementary bus service will shuttle Festival-goers between Sai Van Lake Square and Border Gate, Luso Bank in Nam Van, OCBC Wing Hang Bank in Areia Preta and Taipa Central Park (Ave. de GuimarĂ£es). Service hours are from 5:00pm to 11:30pm Monday to Thursday, and from 3:00pm to 00:30am Friday to Sunday.
