The internationally respected Michelin Guide published the tenth edition of Michelin Guide Hong Kong Macau 2018 on 30^th November. Some 227 Hong Kong restaurants and 65 Macao restaurants are listed in the Guide, with the number of starred restaurants increasing threefold over the past decade.

The Michelin-starred restaurants in Macao comprise the following: Robuchon au Dôme and The Eight remain three-starred restaurants, both of which are part of just over 100 restaurants worldwide to share this distinction; Feng Wei Ju, Golden Flower, Jade Dragon, Mizumi and The Tasting Room are nominated two-star restaurants; King, Lai Heen, 8 1/2 Otto e Mezzo - Bombana, Pearl Dragon, Shinji by Kanesaka, The Golden Peacock, The Kitchen, Tim's Kitchen, Wing Lei, Ying and Zi Yat Heen have been nominated one-star restaurants.

The 2018 Michelin Guide Hong Kong Macau has also awarded 82 eateries - comprising 73 Hong Kong restaurants and nine Macao restaurants - the prestigious Bib Gourmand, identifying those restaurants which charge a maximum of HK$400 for providing three outstanding dishes.
