Macao SAR Government Civic and Municipal Affairs Bureau (IACM) launched the Municipal Facilities EasyGo mobile website on 1st June.

Residents and visitors can use their mobile phones to scan the EasyGo QR code installed on 30 classical signposts and 30 directional signs to public toilets in all districts of Macao to quickly obtain information about the various municipal facilities managed by IACM.

These include municipal markets, cooked food areas in markets, hawker areas, public toilets, parks and gardens, and so forth, including location, address, opening hours and a brief introduction to the facility's history, and so forth. Users can also grade their satisfaction with the relevant public toilet.

EasyGo also provides walking route and bus route suggestions. With instant positioning by mobile phone, users can follow the suggested route, with voice prompts to reach their destination. In addition, EasyGo is equipped with an audio guide function which deploys both voice and text to introduce the historical background of facilities mentioned to deepen residents' and visitors' understanding of various municipal facilities and enable them to explore the authentic characteristics of Macao.

In addition to scanning the QR code, users can visit EasyGo website www.easygo.gov.mo on their mobile phones directly; follow the web page prompt to add the website address to your mobile phone home screen for convenient use in the future. When using EasyGo, mobile data, Wi-Fi and location services must be turned on, enabling EasyGo access to current location positioning.
