Wynn Resorts is planning a Crystal Pavilion - Wynn Palace expansion. A glittering glass and steel structure, the new project will be divided into two phases offering 1300 luxurious guestrooms and suites. The first phase of Crystal Pavilion - budgeted at approximately US2 billion and offering 650 guestrooms - will be undertaken at the end of 2021.

Featuring innovative design and engineering inspired by the shape and beauty of a water lily, the Crystal Pavilion was conceptualised and developed by famed New York architects Robert A.M Stern in collaboration with Wynn Design & Development. The new Crystal Pavilion features a fully immersive 270-degree entertainment theatre, art museum, art sculpture gardens, plus food hall offering a wide variety of regional Asian cuisines, and so forth.

Meanwhile, Wynn Macau is currently renovating and updating around 400 hotel rooms and suites in the Encore tower of its property on the Macao Peninsula as well as expanding its retail esplanade by around 7000 square feet. Both projects are slated for completion in the fourth quarter of 2019.
