MAK MAK Light Rapid Transit Pass offers visitors three-days of unlimited travel

Visitors who arrive by air in Macao can now enjoy unlimited rides on the Light Rapid Transit (LRT) System with a special three-day pass. Any visitor arriving on an Air Macau flight can obtain the LRT Pass at the Macau International Airport after presenting their valid travel document and boarding pass.

The MAK MAK Light Rapid Transit Pass Scheme was launched on 1 August, and is presented by the Macao Government Tourism Office (MGTO) and Macao Light Rapid Transit Corporation, with the support of Air Macau.

The scheme aims to offer visitors a wider convenient choice of transportation in Macao, and to spur spending in local communities to further tourism and economic revival.

Visitors can redeem their valid boarding pass indicating NX, the Air Macau airline code, and Macao as the destination, at the Tourist Information counter (9 a.m. – 8 p.m.) at the arrival hall or the Air Macau ticketing counter (8 p.m. – 10 p.m.) at the departure hall.

After three days of use, the MAK MAK LRT Pass can be recharged for use in accord with the current terms and conditions for Macao LRT tickets.

The service hours of the Macao Light Rapid Transit System are from 6.30 a.m. to 11.15 p.m., with services every 10 to 15 minutes. For more information about the convenient, comfortable, reliable and environmentally friendly service, visit www.mlm.com.mo.
