The Terrific 12 a Slam Dunk for Studio City this Month

The Terrific 12 - the premier pre-season basketball tournament of the Asia League - will be held in Studio City Event Center from 18^th to 23^rd September, with twelve of Asia's top teams battling it out for The Terrific 12 crown. Tying in with the basketball tournament, on 21^st September, Asia League Fest will also be held in Studio City, promising to be an unforgettable musical experience, propelling the game to new heights of enjoyment.

The line-up comprises teams from China, Japan, Korea, Chinese Taipei and the Philippines. The twelve teams battling in the pre-season tournament for The Terrific 12 crown are: Shandong Hi-speed Golden Stars, Xinjiang Flying Tigers, Zhejiang Guangsha Lions and Guangzhou Long Lions from the Chinese Basketball Association (CBA); Nagoya Diamond Dolphins, Chiba Jets and Ryukyu Golden Kings from the 'B' League, Japan; Seoul Samsung Thunders and Ulsan Hyundai Mobis Phoebus from the Korean Basketball League (KBL); Fubon Braves and Yulong Luxgen Dinos from the Super Basketball League, Chinese Taipei; while PBA 'D' League All Stars Ieco Green Warriors arrive from the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA).

In the Group Stage, the 12 teams will be divided into four groups of three, with each playing each team in their group. The top team from each group will advance to the semi-finals in an elimination round, while eliminated teams will compete for third place.
