Pier 16 Macau 3D World, co-organized by Hong Kong 3D Museum and Ponte 16 Resort Macau, has opened. The Art Museum has seven themed zones; namely, MJ in 3D, 3D Jurassic World, 3D Macau Journey, Touch of French, Romantic Story, Chinese Culture and 3D Interactive Experience Zone, which collectively offer more than 100 photography points for those not-to-be-missed snaps with the stars.

Chairman of Ponte 16 Resort, Macau, Sonny Yeung, said that Macau's tourism industry is currently undergoing structural changes, with travellers not only pursuing gaming but tourism and leisure experiences. He believes that given its offering Pier 16 Macau 3D World will become the new focus of non-gaming activity in Macau.

Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Ponte 16 Resort, Macau, Winston Lo, said that many 3D props support the paintings in the Art Museum in order to enhance layering, not just imposing a 3D effect on paintings. As a result, he hopes that this creative technology can make the trip to Macau richer, more engaging and more diverse. He also said that the Art Museum 3D Macau Journey seeks to promote the culture of Macau to international visitors.
