The 18th Macau Food Festival will be held in Sai Van Lake Square from 9th to 25th November. Reflecting Macao's international recognition as a City of Gastronomy, the event will feature 124 well-known local food industry exhibitors, together with 23 renowned Singaporean food industry exhibitors that will transform the lower level of Sai Van Lake Square into a 'Singapore Village', introducing exotic Southeast Asian taste sensations to the palette, with gastronomy, culture and performance featuring strongly in the mix.

In addition to the Bank of China Food Festival E-Wallet Card and QuickPass, WeChat Pay is available this year as another electronic payment method to further facilitate the convenience of residents and visitors.

The Festival - which welcomes visitors from 5:00pm to 11:00pm from Monday to Thursday, and from 3:00pm to midnight from Friday to Sunday - offers a complementary shuttle bus service for festival-goers between Sai Van Lake Square and the Border Gate, Luso Bank in Nam Van, Rua de Mercado da Areia Preta (opposite Iao Hon Market), OCBC Wing Hang Bank in Areia Preta and Taipa Central Park (Ave. de Guimarães). Service hours are from 5:00pm to 11:30pm from Monday to Thursday, and from 3:00pm to 00:30am from Friday to Sunday.

The 18th Macau Food Festival is organised by The United Association of Food and Beverage Merchants of Macao, and co-organised by the Macau Restaurant Workers' Union, Associação dos Trabalhadores da Comunicação Social de Macau, Macau Cuisine Association and Associação de Empregados de Restaurantes e Padarias de Macau.
