The Studio City Phase 2 is progressing on track for completion by the end of this year, according to Melco Resorts & Entertainment. With a total gross floor area of approximately 250,000 square metres, Studio City Phase 2 is located in the Cotai area of Macao, comprising two luxury hotel towers with 900 rooms and suites, a retail complex of over 21,000 square metres and gaming space of over 2,300 square metres. There will also be a large indoor and an outdoor water parks, a Cineplex cinema (including two regular houses and four VIP suites), as well as fine dine restaurants and MICE space. In addition, W Macau - Studio City, is slated to be one of the hotels to open at the complex in partnership with Marriott International to bring the W Hotels Worldwide brand to Studio City Phase 2, the thrilling new cinematically-themed entertainment and leisure destination in Macao.

Designed by renowned international architecture firm Zaha Hadid Architects, the Studio City Phase 2 features a modern interpretation of the rich detailing, bold geometries and superior craftsmanship of the Art Deco period and has been named winner of the “Regional Award, Asia” at BREEAM Awards 2021.
