A 4K-definition documentary “Crunch and Munch in Macao”, co-produced by China Media Group and Macao SAR, was debuted from 18th December, 2021 through China Central Television CCTV-1, CCTV website and documentary channel among other platforms, as well as broadcasted overseas via China Global Television Network (CGTN). With a total of four episodes, the documentary features Macao’s food culture as the starting point for demonstrating the development of Macao’s culinary culture over the years and the stories behind.
